Reverse The Thought


Reverse the thought.


It was just one negative thought that “took you down.”

Here’s a way out – ask, “What am I thinking?”

Then reverse the thought – create a new idea to live into.


For example, “I can’t get this done,” “I will never get ahead,” and “I feel awful.”

Say instead, “Everything is working for me”, “I am doing well,” and “I feel great.”


When you keep repeating these positive statements you create a new truth.

You now create peace with your thoughts and how you speak.


Think and speak a positive, kinder thought.


Repeat a statement that “feels” good over and over to shift to positive.

Now, get back to your work – feeling better, smiling, and knowing it is all okay.
