YOU ARE AWESOME – HOW TO ACT LIKE IT

“This is not working; these emails are so upsetting,” I thought. It’s amazing how I can get completely sidetracked – jumping to conclusions. When I jump to a negative expectation, it influences how I see everything else. My thoughts – instead of being powerful – take me down.

Here are the emails that “upset” me.

Email My original mindset/story “Can we change our meeting? I had a client meeting come up.” = “He doesn’t have time for me.” “I have a deadline; can we move our lunch out a week?”              =   “She doesn’t want to see me.”

Simple emails, simple messages. Was I jumping to conclusions versus seeing the possibilities? Your responses (powerful, positive) or your reactions (disempowering, habitual, negative) = your life.

When you are in the habit of jumping to negative conclusions, negative energy will take you down. The negative energy impacts your mindset, and you see more negative. You can’t get positive results from negative thinking.

Here is how I created a new positive mindset for new positive results: Email New empowering mindset/story “Can we change our meeting? I had a client meeting come up.” = “This is better timing for great outcomes.” “I have a deadline; can we move our lunch out a week?”              =   “She values my friendship; this is perfect.”

With this new mindset of “It’s all working for me,” I feel better and have better results.

Realize you are in control of what you are “saying” to yourself. You make-up your life with your thoughts – so keep your thoughts positive. Ask, “What is the positive possibility here? What do I want my reality to be?” Then create it – think, speak, feel and act positively.

YOU are awesome. Act like it.
