1 Min. to Your Best Life

I woke-up in a spin – a negative spin. I thought to myself, “this is not creating my best life.” Right then I realized it was a habit. I was creating “feel bad” thoughts = “feel bad” results.

What about you? Are you feeling happy and empowered today – or low energy and negative?

You want an excellent – not just okay – life. You deserve your Best Life = happiness and success.

When you are thinking about what you “don’t want” you are inviting that in. Those thoughts feel bad.

  1. “I don’t want to have a difficult day.” (The focus is on difficult…)

  2. “I don’t want to argue with him/her.” (The focus is on arguing…)

Turn it around. Drop the “don’t want” thoughts and substitute a better thought. Only through better thinking can you create your best life.

How? By using affirmations – or self-suggestion – to re-program your brain. Affirmations are positive, personal, present tense statements about what you want.

Here are some examples.

  1. “I am disciplined – I am getting my most important work done. I feel like #1.”

  2. “Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.”

  3. “I have clear goals for each day; I take action and my life works better that way.”

You can get new results with new, positive thoughts. You must think, feel, speak and act powerfully.

Choose one of the positive statements above, or create your own. When your affirmation rhymes = sounds funny – that’s good – your brain will remember it.

Speak your affirmations out loud and to yourself – whenever you can – all day long. Repeat 50+ times. Yes – 50 times. Repetition with happy/excited feeling helps you re-program your brain. When you keep repeating the thought – with energy/feeling your subconscious will take it as a command.

Then your subconscious will help you “see” new opportunities. Notice and ACT on those ideas – ASAP. As you take better actions your results improve as does your self-esteem (how much you like yourself).

Isn’t this amazing? You re-program for success by changing how you talk to yourself.

Make the choice to think and speak powerful thoughts. They become powerful beliefs. Your new beliefs direct you to take more effective actions to create a happier, more successful life.

Start with positive thoughts = positive feelings = positive actions = a better life. Remember: you have a choice. Powerful thoughts = your Best Life.
