Reverse The Thought

You woke up today and something triggered you.

You may not have even recognized it, yet now you feel less than happy.

It was just one negative thought that “took you down.”

Science tells us this can start a “negative cascade” of painful thoughts.

STOP right there. Ask, “What am I thinking?”

Then reverse the thought – create a new, better thought to live into.

For example, “I can’t get this done,” = “Everything is working for me.”

“I will never get ahead,” becomes “I am on top of my game today, all is okay.”

“I feel awful,” becomes “I feel great.”

You may be thinking, “That will not work for me,” or “That is a lie.”

But when you keep repeating these positive statements you create a new truth.

Your brain starts to look for evidence of what you are saying, and this lifts your energy.

This better thought creates better feelings – and you take positive steps.

Those steps help you reach your goals.

Your job is to think a “just a bit better” thought about your day.

When you think and speak a positive, powerful thought you start a positive habit.

That habit creates more positive thoughts – and creates better results.

Success (“I did it!”) leads to more success (“I am on a roll.”).

Repeat a statement that “feels” good over and over today to shift your energy, your actions:

- “Everything is working for me.”

- “Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.”

- “I am getting the tough stuff done. Then I take a break, have fun.”

- “I am powerful, I can do whatever I focus on.”

Now, get back to your work – feeling better, smiling, and knowing it is all okay.

Reverse the thought that holds you back.
