Choose peace.
Whatever you are not accepting – fighting against – is causing you pain. “They” are not causing you pain. The situation is not causing your pain. The resistance – “I don’t like this,” causes pain.
Just accept the person, situation or thing as being perfect. Yes, it is perfect – because it is. It is what it is. You cannot change what it is in this moment.
Instead, ask, “What can I change about my attitude towards this?” Then ask, “What positive action can I take to change this?” And take the action.
Set a timer for 10 minutes and start. Take the action. Accept the person or situation, with a positive attitude and take action.
