Creating Calm


Create peace & calm.

Find a place to take a 2-5 minute break.

Sit comfortably in a chair with your hands resting in your lap.

–        Breathe deeply – look around and be present – calm

– Close your eyes

–     Just notice your breath going into your nostrils and out of your mouth

    Keep your focus calm, easy

–     When your mind wanders, just notice it and bring it back to your breath

Can’t close your eyes?

SMILE, sit and breathe deeply, thinking “I am calm, I am peaceful.”

Breathing, focusing on your breath will calm you.


Smiling helps you feel better.

The longer you do this, the more calm you will get.
