How are you feeling?

Think, and speak thoughts that support the life and success you deserve.


Your thoughts create feelings

Feelings create actions

Actions create results


By thinking about what you “don’t want” you invite it in. Change your thinking to the optimistic opposite.

“I don’t want to have a difficult day.” (The focus is on difficult…) “I am having a great day.”

“I don’t want to argue with him/her.” (The focus is on arguing…) “I can get along with everyone.”


Choose better thoughts – positive, optimistic statements to create a powerful life.

Great thoughts = great feelings = great actions = great results = SUCCESS.


Start by using affirmations – or self-suggestion - to re-program your brain.

You can’t get new results with the same old thoughts. You must think, feel, and act differently.


Choose one of the following positive statements.

Say it out loud and to yourself - whenever you can – all day long. Repeat it 50+ times.

Yes – 50 times. As often as you can. Remember: you are re-programming your brain.


When you think differently, you feel better and take better actions that lead to success.


“Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.” “I am okay; I can handle this.”

“My life is working.” “I enjoy the people I work with.” “I feel good, my day is going well.”

“I am disciplined – I get my work done, then go have fun.” “I can accept this; I choose to be happy.”


Keep repeating positive, optimistic thoughts all day and take the BEST actions for success.
