Why 10 minutes?

Three reasons:

  1. 10 minutes is a short time that you can commit to easily.

  2. 10 minutes is the amount of time it takes your brain to get into “flow.”

  3. Flow is that calm, focused place where you are creative and productive.

Once you are in “flow” your sense of accomplishment will keep you there.

You will keep going.

When the timer goes off, set it for another 10 minutes.

Just keep going – until you must stop.
