Each day, write down three things you must get done.


Schedule them immediately on your calendar.


Work on each until you are done or must stop.


Plan breaks to refresh every 30-90 minutes.

  1. Your energy increases. As you finish an important task, you get a kick of endorphins (the “happy” hormone) and you feel better.  


2. Your self-esteem improves. Self-esteem = how much you like yourself. When you get an important task done, you limit the “critical voice” because you are keeping the promise to yourself, “I will do this task.”


3. You become more successful. People who finish tasks that are critical to the success of the organization are “winners,” more successful at work, happier in life.  


People who are most successful in life have goals.

They schedule the activities to reach those goals.
