Mind Blowing Trick for Health & Happiness

Lately, I have been feeling so much better. I have a new level of “happy.” Can I share my secret? Speak kindly to yourself. This is so easy – it is mind-blowing.

Tell yourself, • “I am doing the best I can.” • “I am having a great day.” • “I am happy no matter what.” • “Every day in every way I am getting better and better.”

When you speak kindly, with positive energy you feel better and perform better.

One of the best “self-talk” statements is: “Every day in every way I am getting better and better.”

This was created by the Father of the “Placebo Effect.” He found that when patients repeated this, (over and over) their health and happiness improved. He had 5x’s the results of any other clinic – 5x’s – physical and mental health improvements. Why? Because what you “say” to yourself repeatedly your mind takes as fact.

Your life gets better “in every way,” because you say so. When you speak kindly and positively to yourself you release old patterns of stress and negativity.

Try it – “Every day in every way I am getting better and better.”

Say it over and over, 50-100 times/day – when you get up, on the way to work, and notice how good you feel.

Speak kindly = feel better = perform better = your life and happiness improve.
